Nature of body
The NCC is the statutory enforcement body under CPA Chapter 7, responsible for investigating systemic contraventions, referring matters to the National Consumer Tribunal, and publishing guidelines. Individual disputes are typically referred back to the CGSO (for qualifying suppliers) or accredited alternative dispute-resolution agents.
