# TakealotBack.com > A non-commercial, plain-English South African consumer-rights reference for disputes with Takealot. It maps Takealot's published returns policy against the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act), POPIA, and common law — with statute citations, case law, email templates, and an escalation ladder. Not a substitute for an attorney or the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud. - Not affiliated with Takealot Online (RF) (Pty) Ltd or Naspers. - Not a complaints directory. No user submissions are accepted or published. - Not anti-Takealot. Most returns are handled correctly; the site targets the minority that aren't.
