# TakealotBack.com

> A non-commercial, plain-English South African consumer-rights reference for disputes with Takealot. It maps Takealot's published returns policy against the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act), POPIA, and common law — with statute citations, case law, email templates, and an escalation ladder.

This site is intentionally a one-way reference. No contact form, no accounts, no user-submitted content, no ads, no tracking beyond privacy-preserving Cloudflare Web Analytics. Content is licensed CC BY 4.0 — attribution is appreciated; linking back to the canonical URL is the preferred form. Code is MIT.

Content was verified against published South African statutes, regulations, and case law in April 2026.
